Payment

Bow-Wowz accepts all major debit and credit cards. Cards will be authorised and charged at time of order. Orders can be paid for by personal or business cheque but please note that orders will not be despatched until 5 working days after receipt of the cheque. Cheques should be made to bow-wowz ltd.

Bow-Wowz uses Worldpay or PayPal secure payment services to process Credit and Debit card orders and all payments are encrypted to ensure your purchase is safe and secure.

Delivery & Shipping

Bow-Wow aims to ship all items as soon as possible - however please refer to the individual product listing for an indication of expected delivery time. Merchandise is sent by either Royal Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery (where requested and paid for), Recorded or by Parcel Force depending on the size and value of the goods. Retail Postage & Packing UK £2.00 Special Delivery UK: £8.00 Overseas will be advised prior to shipping to confirm price.

Higher rates may apply for bulky items such as beds and we shall contact you if this is the case. If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence or by customer providing incorrect shipping information the customer will be contacted and payment will be required to re-send the item.

Out of Stock Items

Bow-wowz, will, upon receipt of your order contact you to advise if an item is out of stock and keep you updated as to the expected shipping time. We automatically ship all of out stock items once they become available. In the unlikely event that an item is permanently unavailable Bow-Wowz will offer a full refund to the value of the goods.

Returns Policy

Bow-Wowz does endeavour to ensure that all products are free from damage and defects. If however an item is damaged or faulty we will offer a replacement the full value of the merchandise.

Please note that we can only refund your item(s) if they are unused and returned within 14 days from date of dispatch.

Sale Items are excluded for refund or exchange unless proven faulty.
All returns should be clearly marked with your name, address and order number.
Unfortunately Bow-Wowz cannot confirm receipt of your return. We recommend that you use a secure postage method, such as recorded delivery. This way you will be able to trace your delivery. Bow-Wowz cannot accept liability for non receipt of returned goods.
