1. What is Pay Pal? will I need an account?

Pay Pal is secure finance Gateway, by utilising this service a secure safe transaction may be made. Paypal allows the use of credit cards and a paypal account is not required.

2. Do you ship Globally

Yes, Bow wowz is happy to sell to doggies and their owners everywhere

3. What happens if you do not have stock after I make a purchase?

All products are kept up to a reasonable stock, we do not drop ship. If however an Item is not in stock you will be advised and then it is your choice wether to wait or accept a refund. Most Items can be obtained within a few days.

4. Do I have to pay VAT on top?

No, all our items are inclusive of VAT.

5. Do I have to have an account to buy from Bow-wowz?

No this is not required, Bow-wowz does feel that an account will have benefits for the consumer, however, ths is not a requirement.

6. If you do not have the product colour or size that I want, would you be prepared to obtain it and honour the price advertised?

Of course, we are more than happy to obtain a product on your behalf and pass the cost saving on to yourself.

7. Why can't I review a product that I have bought elsewhere?

Sadly there are a number of companies that have been found to "review" their own or their rivals products on many sites for marketing purposes, as this practice is misleading, Bow-wowz will only allow the Customers that have purchased that product from ourselves to enter a review.

8. My Pooch looks really fed up, what can I do?

Buy it a nice gift from Bow-Wowz of course :-).

9. If my doggie wears a hoodie, will he get banned from shopping centres?

Not if your doggie wears the hood down :-).

10. Can I cancel or return an Item?

Of course, there is a 7 day period in which you may return goods as outlined in our terms and conditions section 9.
